When providing personal details upon requesting the services offered through this Website or sending such information by any other means, the users must state that they fully and unreservedly accept the incorporation of the details provided into MEDITERRANEAN’s files and their automated treatment, in the terms stipulated in this document.

¿En qué consiste la oferta?

Durante un período de tiempo determinado ciertos inmuebles de la cartera de Mediterranean van a ser objeto de una rebaja en el precio de venta.

Inmuebles ofertados: Inmuebles publicados en la presenta página web y señalizados como tal con el icono de oferta.

Duración de la oferta:

Fecha inicio: el 08 de octubre de 2010.
Fecha término: el 30 de Noviembre de 2010.

Condiciones de la oferta:

Durante los primeros ocho días de publicación los inmuebles ofertados sólo podrán ser objeto de Solicitud de Compra por todo aquel interesado, no pudiendo formalizarse operación ninguna en ese plazo de tiempo estableciendo un principio de transparencia e igualdad de condiciones entre todos los clientes.
Todo interesado deberá acceder a las Guías de Compra de Mediterranean, donde se explican los distintos procedimientos. La participación en la oferta supone el pleno conocimiento y aceptación de los procedimientos previstos en las Guías de Compra.

    
SPECIFIC RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LEASE CONDITIONS
CAM (or any other company belonging to the CAM Group that owns the property) signs a lease agreement with purchase option for a maximum duration of 7 years. 
 Customers may exercise the right to purchase the property within the first five years of the lease, officially notifying CAM of their intention to exercise this right before the expiry of said period. If, by the time said period expires, the customer has not notified CAM of such an intention, the right to purchase will be extinguished, with no need to communicate this fact or any requirements of any other kind.  The right to purchase shall also be automatically extinguished if the lease is terminated for any reason before the period indicated to exercise said right. Having signed the lease agreement, if the tenant expresses the intention to exercise the option to buy the property, the purchase price shall be reduced proportionally, applying the conditions outlined below:
100% of the rent paid, if the purchase takes place before the end of the SECOND year of the lease.
80% of the rent paid, if the purchase takes place before the end of the THIRD year of the lease.
70% of the rent paid, if the purchase takes place before the end of the FOURTH year of the lease.
60% of the rent paid, if the purchase takes place before the end of the FIFTH year of the lease.

SPECIFIC LEASE CONDITIONS FOR PROPERTIES USED FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES
A Lease Agreement with Purchase Option shall also be signed, with a duration of 4 years from the date it is signed, granting the tenant the right to purchase the property, valid for the same period of time as the lease agreement, in other words, 4 years, applying the same method to exercise this right as in residential lease agreements.
The amount of rent paid by the tenant prior to the date on which the option to purchase is exercised shall be deducted in accordance with the following conditions:
100% of the rent paid, if the purchase takes place before the end of the SECOND year of the lease.
80% of the rent paid, if the purchase takes place before the end of the THIRD year of the lease.
70% of the rent paid, if the purchase takes place before the end of the FOURTH year of the lease.
The remaining amount, depending on the date on which the tenant exercises this right, will be deducted from the purchase price of the property.

CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE LEASE OF PROPERTIES FOR RESIDENTIAL AND OTHER PURPOSES 
From the first year until the fifth year, the price will be revised according to the latest figures available for year-on-year property price variations (property price index) published by the Spanish National Institute of Statistics. If the variation registered by the index is negative, the purchase price will not be actualised.
As regards the connection of utilities (light, water, etc.), as a special condition included in the lease agreement, the start of the obligation to pay rent shall be deferred for one month to give the tenant time to arrange for the connection of utilities, exempting him/her from the first month’s rent. The customer shall make the arrangements for utilities to be connected in his/her name and will cover the cost of connection. In this respect, they will be provided with instructions and informed of the steps required to arrange for the effective connection of the aforementioned utilities, as well as the documentation required. Furthermore, the customer will benefit from the following advantageous conditions:
•Under no circumstances will the customer be charged an agency fee.
•The customer will be exempt from paying the first month’s rent. 
•Finally, a clause is included allowing the customer to terminate the contract during this first month if a quote for installation of utilities is provided that he/she feels is unacceptable (if the property requires various repairs that would cost more than one month’s rent).
