Any information users provide when using and requesting the different services offered through the Website accessed, among others, through the main address www.oportunidadescam.es.es will be subject to automated treatment and incorporated into the corresponding file owned and managed by MEDITERRANEAN, domiciled in Avenida Oscar Esplá, No. 37, 03007, Alicante, Spain. 
 2. When personal information is required in order to use or request any of these services, users must guarantee their truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity and validity. Users are obliged to keep these details up to date so they reflect the true situation at all times.

When providing personal details upon requesting the services offered through this Website or sending such information by any other means, the users must state that they fully and unreservedly accept the incorporation of the details provided into MEDITERRANEAN’s files and their automated treatment, in the terms stipulated in this document. 
 4. Users may exercise their right at any time to access, modify, cancel and object to the data that have been gathered and filed. The registered data may be used to facilitate the smooth execution of the operation agreed upon by the user, administer, manage and improve the services offered by MEDITERRANEAN, and to prepare or offer other real estate products or related services, which might interest the user in the future. They might also be used to compile statistics and send out commercial or promotional information related with these real estate products, among other activities.

The e-mail address provided by users when signing up for any of the services offered by MEDITERRANEAN might be subsequently used by MEDITERRANEAN to send out commercial and promotional information, once the interested parties have provided their consent, which will be understood to be given unless stated otherwise before the end of the registration procedure. The user can withdraw consent at any time by sending an e-mail to oportunidadescam.es@mdt.cam.es 
 7. By providing personal details, the interested parties fully and unreservedly accept that these details might be passed on to any CAM Group company or any company that might join the Group in the future, in order to offer users more customised services in accordance with their needs in terms of products and services related to real estate and finance, insurance, or any other services provided by Group companies.
 8. MEDITERRANEAN will not collect unnecessary information about its users and will treat all personal information provided with extreme diligence, complying at all times with its obligation to maintain secrecy regarding the data provided by users. 
 Furthermore, MEDITERRANEAN will take all the legally required technical and organisational measures at all times to avoid loss, alteration and unauthorised access, implementing all the technical means and systems available to it, bearing in mind the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, either through human action or from the physical or natural surroundings. However, users must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impenetrable.
